The condo is a first floor, unit 303 in building 38. Just a 3 minute walk to the Resort White Sandy Beach. Sleeps 4. The unit has recently been completely refurbished. The vanity room and kitchen now have granite counter tops, with travertine tile in Bathroom.

This one bedroom condo features a California king size bed, queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, full kitchen, dining area and lanai (balcony) facing the famous Moir Cactus Garden.

Kiahuna Plantation

The Kiahuna Plantation is the only beach front resort in Poipu. The white sand beach, backed by green lawns, palm trees and tropical gardens is perfect to relax or enjoy swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding or surfing. Towels and lounge chairs are provided free to guests at the beach-side activity hut. You will experience why Poipu beach has been rated one of the best beach in the world by USA Today.

Unit 303, located on the first floor of Building 38, looks out over the heart of the Moir Cactus Garden located on the grounds of Kiahuna Plantation among the beach bungalows. The garden was created by Alexandra Moir during the time her husband was the plantation manager. Originally developed in the 1930's, the Moir Garden was opened to the public in the mid-1950's.

The garden is home to many rare plants; including succulents and cactus, bromeliads, orchids, century trees, and beautiful water lily ponds with koi fish. There is no admittance fee to enter and enjoy the Moir Garden. You will feel comfortable and right at home in our recently remodeled and nicely furnished vacation home. The tropical paradise below and the spectacular Poipu sunset can be enjoyed from the lanai.

The light and comfortable living, dining and kitchen areas are open to each other, with a large sliding glass door that take you out onto the furnished lanai. There is a full bath with shower and tub, and separate vanity area. Recently up-graded bath and kitchen with granite counter tops and travertine tile in bath.

Nearby Amenities: The Kiahuna Swim and Tennis Club provide free tennis and free use of the new swimming pool a short distance away. The pool includes a waterfall, water slide and shallow sandy beach area for kids to play. Restaurants and shopping area are just across the road, and the fine "Plantation Garden" restaurant on site at the plantation. The nearby Kiahuna Golf Course is an excellent 18 hole course with exceptional views.
